OK well in live in nyc, and over here those are really popular. But they are more suede with the two little furry things hanging down. I've seen them in black, blue, and baby pink, I like them a lot, especially with jeans. They are cute and good for winter. I might get them. I think you can get them at Nine West or Steve Madden.
(I even saw them in a payless commercial!!!)
