The Man from Nowhere - Korean movie

One of the BEST action movies I have ever seen..it is the second time I watched it...still worth it...still felt like I was watching it for the first time!

Re: The Last Film You Saw

The Sitter. it was a good one time watch.

Re: The Last Film You Saw

For a Better Tomorrow - Korean again

Good action..made me cry though…I dnt know why but Korean action movies still make me cry :bummer:

Re: The Last Film You Saw

try some north korean propaganda movies................:D

Re: The Last Film You Saw

^nawww…I normally avoid propaganda movies no matter which country dishes it out…I like movies that are not going to make mad, or depressed…I always want to watch something which makes me feel happy at the end..where I can say “awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww…that was good” :cb:

Re: The Last Film You Saw

I had never seen any korean movie..............

Are their action sequences same like chinese ones ?

Re: The Last Film You Saw

^hmmm....a lot of the Chinese movies I have seen are historicals...

I prefer the Korean movies from all movies produced in East Asia...I love their action movies...they are good..ofcoz the historicals tend to be a bit like the Chinese ones..but not all of them...

If you really want to try one, then I recommend "The man from Nowhere", one of the best I have seen.

Re: The Last Film You Saw

ok thanks....

chinese, korean and japanese film industries are integrated to some extent ....?

like korean actor working in japanese movies or vice versa....like indian and pakistani film industries. M I right?

Re: The Last Film You Saw

Yes...that is true..you will find them working in each other's industries...specially the Koreans are very popular with Japan..also one thing I really like is that the actors do not restrict themselves to just movies..they act in dramas too...

I love the Korean dramas more than their movies!

Re: The Last Film You Saw

They have their own creativity.....

I had seen few bits of korean drama....

their dramas are also related to family issues, love etc.....as much i remember...

waise our Rajnikanth is quite famous in japan....................:D

you know songs of movie disco Dancer were famous in USSR...even chinese used to watch hindi films....

but i accept that south indians have more creativity in field script.............:)

Re: The Last Film You Saw

Watched ‘Bhaji on the Beach’ a couple of days ago. It was a comedy-drama movie (my favorite genre). Its a social film about Asians living in UK and the increasing generation gap between parents and their modernising children. Good watch.

My rating 7/10

Bhaji on the Beach (1993) - IMDb

Re: The Last Film You Saw
