The answer to your second question is in my post above (#223).
I think Malik Riaz was asked about that case in the interview. He says that he has bought over 100 000 kanals of land and the complaint is about a hundred or so kanals. He says he has tens of thousands of customers and only 100 people have complained. And even in that case he says he wants justice.
The reason I dislike the barrage of accusations on Malik Riaz is that some of the very valid questions that he asks get buried in all the hate against him. For example, he says that for him every institution of the country seems to be the supreme court. All the complainants against him have direct access to the supreme court and bypass all other courts and legal procedures.
