its not about shortage or being not aware! ofcourse they are, they problem is, you cant walk on a street while talking from your iPhone, samsung or blackberry so openly and being not vigilant!! like they way we can move here! u HAVE to be very attentive!!

again i told you before i don’t live in Afghanistan or FATA or Karachi.
