Stock market goes up or down on news of Fed's lowering or rising of discount rate. Their agents buy low and sell high.
A house on a 30-year mortgage costs 3 times it's purchase price. Only the purchase price is part of the money supply, not the interest, so, over-time, the money supply shrinks by the interest amount paid to the bankers, so you have to mortgage or sell more and more of your assets to create the money supply. It's like the musical chair game -- someone is always left without a seat.
But normally the interest increases with years and years. Have you considered this into your analysis?
