Pakistan has a primary responsibility to act against those who carried out the Mumbai attacks, UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband has said. Links could clearly be traced to Pakistan-based group Lashkar-e-Taiba, he said on his visit to India.
Mr Miliband said: “We are absolutely clear about the origin of the terrorist attack and the responsibility that exists in Pakistan to bring the perpetrators to justice.”
