^^ In case of murder, the main thing lawyer and others put their case on is the motivation of the act, as if the crime is commited in act of self-defence, an accident, sudden reaction or cold blooded murder. The sentence is different for every scenario. Hanging everyone for the murder, without looking into the circumstances will be a unjust behaviour and cannot long last in any society or society having this attitude may be called "Jungliee"
Now India have the same mind set, anything goes wrong in India they blame it on Pakistan, may it be Samjhota Express blast ( which turn out to be an internal job of Indian agencies) or any other thing.
This attitude of accusing for the sake of accusing will bring no good to the region. I can totally understand if you do not get the point.
