what is the importance of PEST analysis n SWOT analysis?

what are different types of managers? what skills they shd possess?

what are the differences between top and middle managers?

both analysis have very much importanc specially SWOT analysis. bcoz teacher aksar papers main de daity hain

there 3 levels of managers top level middle and lower level managers. wht do you mean by types of managers? i could not understand.

uff an other question abt managers. top levels managers set directions and middles level managers get the work done by others:)
