I notice people in uk are getting more and more agitated by immigrants, which is understandable. Less resources, more people, economy not thriving.

I think immigrants need to do their part too, be not so uptight, smile at people, be extra humble, hold doors for people, keep the streets litter free, basically appear less threatening and arrogant and more approachable and friendly.

Maybe there is a cultural clash too, desis are mostly shy and introvert, other people sometimes take it as arrogance.

I think also in London now there is such a diverse amount of nationalities all speaking their native language now that a lot of English people tend to have a sense that they are in the minority. I even hear desis complaining about the Polish and, Lithuanians etc coming here and taking over these days.
