^ Ive heard from multiple people that a good way to know whether a woman takes care of herself is by looking at her nails. They tell small details too. 
So, it makes sense when we see multiple men mentioned hands/nails as something they like. Plus, who wants to hold a hand with rugged nails, overgrown cuticles and dry knuckles? 
I like confidence - not arrogance - confidence. If a man is confident, responsible and well mannered…I would be like putty…
