It was not in the preface, it was in the second chapter of the book. If you have a better explanation of why this Gandhi, who had let his own wife die of pnuemonia, fasted to prevent the Untouchables from recieving their affirmative action, then I would like to hear it. And if you can, also explain why Gandhi's own grandson would criticize his grandfather and support Jinnah?
Salman, basic problem is that u dont know what happned .... gandhi is even against formation of PAKISTAN ... he wanted to c no partion of india ......
and about so called critisism by gandhi's grandson (actually there is nothing like that ) still what i want to say ..... its personal opinion ... many ppl in pakistan might be of opinion that MUSHARAF is good leader and others will not agree with that ... but the thing remains he do good things for sake of nation .. he will be remembered as great leader despite any number of critics
Yes, I don't know what basically happened. That's why I am asking you. And if that criticism is so called and opinion based, do you have any logical proof on that? The point is that you're too ignorant to accept the fact that even Gandhi's own grandson criticized his grandfather and supports Jinnah.

salman ur making the statements and asking me for proof ... what is this yaar
I give you the sources of Rajmohan Gandhi's book and H.M. Seervai's book. If you reject them then that's your problem. I can't help it if you are going from ignorance to stupidity. (Ignorance is the lack of knowledge, stupidity is the refusal of knowledge when it is presented to you.)
