What makes you think that intelligent creatures are not out there elsewhere in the universe,apart from the earth?My logic is,if life can be formed on this mole of earth,there may be hundreds or thousands of earths (or earth like places)in this universe and intelligent creatures can be there.

there can be. but how do we know there are. I never said it isn’t possible.
