I’ve done that too…but the freaky thing, it suddenly forms into lumps…weird eh

Sara try mixing salt and red chilli powder to water first and then let us know

Yes , zeera , kali mirch , bari ilaiche , loung etc go great with an omelet , it is called anda tamatar though.

feel free to mock and make fun of me.

So whenever I make an omelette, sometimes ill add lal mirch and black pepper and salt…now whenever I add lal mirch…it doesn’t get mixed into the egg properly at all…they lump up, no matter how hard I beat the egg…it just creates more and more lal mirch lumps…what gives? and how do I do it so that it mixes properly into the egg???

i usually add crushed red pepper. and those were not mixed properly.

i will add black pepper. ans will report you.

I beat the red chilli powder with a bit of skim milk and then added it to the beaten egg. Problem solved, no lumps/ clumps, yay!

Mix the spices or whatever with a splash of milk and add that to your omlette mixture. It makes eggs fluffier, if that makes sense.
