I never understood what the big deal was about Prince Charming. I always found him bland. He didn’t go after Cinderella. I think it was the royal subjects who went around fitting that slipper on every shoe. They were the ones who did the work. Plus if you dance with the most beautiful girl at the ball…if you were that mesmerized by her and if she made that much of an impression…then you should find her with the help of your memory…not with a shoe. See, Charming wasn’t bright either. He was just good looking and benevolent for marrying a girl that was far beneath his social standing.
I liked reading fairy tales, but Cinderella was not a favorite. Did like the Little Mermaid though.
