There are a few I can think of:

1. Drinking milk after having fish can cause vitiligo
2. If you have the ‘glow’ during pregnancy, you are having a boy
3. Drinking too much tea makes you NC-Kaali (in khatti’s terms )
4. Drinking milk during pregnancy and eating whiter things gives a fair baby

Drinking milk and then eat a type type of fish causes vitiligo not with every fish though
