No it is not. I am not commenting on the incident at hand, however, you do not and cannot challenge the law laid down by Allah. You are only committing a sin by saying such words. Stoning to death as prescribed by Islam for adultery is the punishment...it is what it is...a punishment to act as a deterrent.
