Did I ever share how much I hate the “declutter the living room and the rooms” bit ?
yeah I despise it so much that it literally puts me off cleaning sometimes ..

But last few months I found an easier way of doing just that and life seems to be getting better now . Sharing my technique with you all ..
So instead of removing one or two things at a time and walking around placing those things in their rightful places. Start from the corner of the room and drop every unwanted stuff on the floor in a pile. Toys, papers, stationery, bartans, books, newspapers, pens etc .. what ever you got, pile it all on the floor.

Then divide them into chunks like things that need taking upstairs, things that need going into the kitchen, things that need going into husbands home office, things that need going into the bin ..

That cuts down half the walking around in a frenzy so instead of making a good few trips to the kitchen to place stuff there , you just end up making one trip to each place and safai is all done …

Friend tried it yesterday and called me to specifically thank me, thats when i realised its not only me who goes through this “hate the safai” phase .. So yeah try this tactic out .. it will surely work

LOL, nothing I hate more is picking things from the floor, I know its a good workout, but the last thing I want when I am in cleaning mood. But I get ur method, it makes sense, I do it that I pick things up in group, like toys that need to be taken to the kids room, I pick up all that I can carry on both hands and take them there, the burton will be gathered at one place and whoever is going to the kichen will take it along …
