yes, they should make some malls in Cant, but probably they think that Cant area is near Saddar, Clifton and even Tariq Road is not far, so they didn't build that. BTW which 'pull - bridge' referred in article? Kala pul?

I have visited lahore cantt and it is much better than karachi cantt, i am not sure about lahore but here in karachi cantt people are so isolated from the city that when they need to go out they say HUM SHEHAR JA RAHY HAIN :)
Lahore cantt is within the city so no problem if we have to go to the cantt area!

This is the school where I used to study, middle class school having good results. DIVISIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL & INTER COLLEGE LAHORE.
I have studied in a burger school (salamat academy) as well for a few years, primary education where you used to get fined for speaking urdu. Glad that my father shifted me to the school mentioned above.

I don't know why people have complex of English language these days. At the end of the day it's a language, beacon house, Lahore grammar et al are all based upon this. Higher education is all English in any case, therefore no issues.

BTW a difference between bundkababs and burgers is: burgers don’t make / call others behn / bhai, which is the common practice in almost all bund kababs

Not expressive, the upbringing of burgers is westernised. That's why maybe they don't feel aversion to that.

There is a distinct division in Pakistan now. We have the westernized class who really dont have anything to do with the rest. Its for the first time in a very long time that some one has tapped this class (PTI). Before this Bhutto was able to rally them. In fact Bhutto’s appeal crossed the class barrier.
