There is a big difference here. Inzy bhai is a Pakistani and a Punjabi and as far as I know, he knows both Urdu and Punjabi very well. If he can not speak fluent English, that's not a problem because he speaks to his own people in the language they understand. He doesn't go to China and speak in Punjabi and the Chinese don't try to understand whatever he is saying.
Kinlin is a practicing some new form of torture perfected by the Chinese and the poor guppies here are the subject of the torture experiment. Just because this guy is Chinese and China is supposed to be our friend, do we have to subject ourselves to a prolonged torture? And Omair sahab, your intentions are right, I have no doubt about that. But if I do not speak or write coherent English and I want to express my thoughts very badly on an English forum, I will at least try to use as little no of words as possible. I will not try to write novel-sized posts.
