بہُت ہے ظُلم کے دستِ بہانہ جُو کے لِئے
جو چند اہلِ جنُوں تیرے نام لیوا ہیں
بنے ہیں اہلِ ہوس مُدّعی بھی ،،مُنصِف بھی
کِسے وکیل کریں،، کِس سے مُنصفی چاہیں
مگر گُزرنے والوں کے دِن گُزرتے ہیں
تیرے فِراق میں یُوں صُبح و شام کرتے ہیں
بُجھا جو روزنِ زِنداں تو دِل یہ سمجھا ہے
کہ تیری مانگ سِتاروں سے بھر گئ ہوگی
چمک اُٹھے ہیں سلاسل تو ہم نے جانا ہے
کہ اب سحر تیرے رُخ پر بِکھر گئ ہوگی
غرض تصوّرِ شام و سحر میں جیتے ہیں
گرِفتِ سایہءِ دیوار و در میں جیتے ہیں
یُونہی ہمیشہ اُلجھتی رہی ہے ظُلم سے خلق
نا اُن کی رسم نئ ہے نا اپنی ریت نئ،،،
یُونہی ہمیشہ کِھلائے ہیں ہم نے آگ میں پُھول
نا اُن کی ہار نئ ہے نا اپنی جیت نئ،،،
اِسی سبب سے فلک کا گِلہ نہیں کرتے
تیرے فِراق میں ہم دِل بُرا نہیں کرتے،،
گر آج تُجھ سے جُدا ہیں تو کل بہم ہوں گے
یہ رات بھر کی جُدائ تو کوئ بات نہیں
گر آج اوج پہ ہے طالِع رقیب تو کیا؟؟؟؟
یہ چار دِن کی خُدائ تو کوئ بات نہیں
جو تُجھ سے عہدِوفا اُستوار رکھتے ہیں
