Thank you for very subtly admitting that Bhutto had a hand in opposing the democratic winner of 1970 elections.

If our civilian administrators ever had the courage to let institutions function independently (including FIA, Police, accountability bureau etc) and in an orderly manner, no army general would ever have the courage to topple any civilian government. ZAB in 1977 and Sharif in 1999 fell because of this very failure.
