Lets not compare the politicians of today to the Prophet SAWW! Furthermore the Prophet was hated by his enemies because of the fact that he changed the way of thinking. He was never considered a criminal in the eyes of anyone! They called him Deewana, never a liar or corrupt man. So to say that the prophet was a criminal in the eyes of his enemies is a fallacy. His enemies wanted what he had but none could ever achieve what he did.
