my trainer told me we should not loose more than 2 kilos in one week its not healthy ...the fast you loose the weight ....you will get it back in short span of time the best way to loose weight for good is to eat healthy in small portions and do exercises

current: 62kg
height: 5'4
target: 58-59kg in 2 months

daily activity: 8 hours at work infront of laptop. Once a week, 45min pilate session. 4-5 times a week 15-20min treadmill routine
