my trainer told me we should not loose more than 2 kilos in one week its not healthy ...the fast you loose the weight ....you will get it back in short span of time the best way to loose weight for good is to eat healthy in small portions and do exercises

I'm not actually going to start training until after Ramadhan.. but what I will try and do until then is cut out the pakoras at Iftari and ditch the parantha at Sehri..
Ready and raring to go.. (I'll report back tmrw and let you know how I did at the above, lol)
(P.S: What's the "healthy" amount you can lose in a week? I thought it was 1kg?)
