Count me in ladies... I need a push ...a big push..... but I'm not revealing my weight openly....just going to say how many kilos/pounds I have lost...
sheyn i think there should be challenges every week, just like on the show. Like for example, this week you all have to walk a mile or like, whoever does the most amount of pushups that week or I dunno. Something interesting, as long as people dont go over the limit.
a challenge suggestion- Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Do 15 minutes of excecise while watching TV every day of the week.
And i really think there should be a weekly..weight check...so everyone can say how much weight they have lost(hopefully) and maybe reflect on why they are happy or what they can improve.
Another challenge idea is like to keep away from a certain junkfood that we personally crave for like an entire week or something. Of course we will have to be completely honest about it. Or tell how many times we "slipped".
We could commit to doing 30 minutes on the treadmill first thing in the morning...that is a lifesaver because all day long you keep thinking about how hard it was to workout in the morning. You try your best not to spoil it by eating right.
