actually, the crash was investigated by a u.s. firm. if anyone suspects foul play, the firm can be taken to court in the u.s. which has very specific legislation against u.s. firms taking or paying bribes. people who are confident of their case can win a lot of money in damages if they can prove their case in court.

as for the real reason for **crash, that was due to incompetence of the head of s.e.c.p who closed down badla **without putting alternate financing lines. as soon as the problem was fixed, the market bounced back and investors made much much more than they lost.
