If you have two phone lines, get one of those phones that can hook up both the lines in them. Call one number through one line, and then quickly call another number through the other line. Conference call both the lines and then mute yourself out. A ring goes to both the numbers you dialed. Both pick up the phones..

Person A: Hello
Person B: Hello
Person A: Yes?
Person B: How can i help you?
Person A: But you called..
Person B: No you called. My phone rang!
Person A: Dekhiay aap ko sharam nahi aati call kar kay boltay hain kay call nahi kee!
Person B:
…

You: ( )

A lot of other outcomes are possible too including exchanges of very fiery words I used to do this in pakistan.. wish i had done it more often

I think its also possible to do it using one landline.. if somehow one can dial a number, put that line on hold and dial another number then connect the two.. kinda complicated.

Well do the following;

1 - Buy brown lunch bag.
2 - Have a dog do some doodle in the bag.
3 - Go to VICTIMS house and place the bag on the doorstep.
4 - Light the bag on fire.
5 - Ring the bell, run real fast and hide behind a car.

6 - See the RESULTS as the VICTIM opens the door and stomps on the brown bag that’s on fire.
