Re: The Amazing Hajj
There is literally a world of difference between Mecca and Madina. Sorry to have to say this, but I could not wait to leave Mecca. Never in my life have I seen a place so disrespected as what I saw in Mecca.
Before we all left for Madina, the maulvi specifically told us that the crap which was being tolerated in Mecca will not fly in Madina. If you do any of the things that were happening in Mecca, the police and officials in Madina will grab you. For the life of me, I don’t understand why it was even being tolerated in Mecca. I think it’s only like this during Hajj … I have a very hard time believing that area of Mecca is like that all year round.
You asnwered yourself here. It is because of Hajj season, it is impossible to control all such acts it in Mecca specially.
Please take sometime and tell us all. I hope there was no fire in Mina ths time around
My pm is on its way to ask you for the original size pictures of specially the holy mosques, so be on a lookout.

Mobarak Mehnaz. Have the TO guppies thrown a feast yet.
This place is on my list, just gathering more sins before I go.

Hajj Mubarak.
Do write more when you can, and in detail. Some neat photos there. Well done.

^ Mehnaz:
my father told me something interesting that I also agree to after experiencing my self.
Makkah is the city of ALLAH - where His:swt: Jalaal is all over. That jalaal is evident in people’s behaviour in the city.
Madinah is the city of Rasoolulah:saw: - A city of Rehma . That mercy, that Rehma is evident in people’s behaviour in the city as well.

uh, sorry Afia … … yeah I forgot
Devoted, I went with my entire immediate family and my nani ammi and we were in Arabia for two weeks only. I’m planning on going for Umra in a year or two.
Re: The Amazing Hajj
So Mehanz, did any lucky haji pinch you? I have heard stories of girls getting pinched.
