make the stuffing tomorrow. i never like stuffing when it's been sitting for too long... it's nicer when it's fresh piping hot. lusi, i can almost smell ur food cooking, my mouth's watering!
Yeah Id love to see pics :)
Id also like the stuffing recipe. A guyanese friend of mne, she just gave me her mom's recipe...kinda....but hmm
basically saute beef in some oil...add seasonings like salt/pepper/garlic powder...maybe some all seasoning or adobo.....once meat is cooked add chopped mushrooms/onions/carrots if u want....saute further till some juices develop, & add 1 packet of stuffing mix (the cut up bread) and cook/simmer until bread has absorbed juices but not soggy. Sounds good i may try it.
That sounds good with the beef in it... i've never had good stuffing before tho...
lusi,
wish i could taste that veg casserole! and brownies look really good too.
hey you said you were going to experiment with that pasta and cranberry sauce, how did that turn out?
ahhhh i had a laid back and easy thanksgiving, went to a resort, hung out at the pool, went in a carriage ride..crashed, got up, more pool, pony rides for kids, thanksgiving dinner at the resort.. drove back home.
