Make pantry salad. All you need id 4-5 different kinds of canned beans, chick peas, corn, tomatoes, raddish, cucumber, green bell pepper, potatoes (chopped into cubes, you can slice bell pepper instead of cutting it in cubes) and little pasta (like for one big bowl, use 1-1/2 cup cooked pasta approximately). Mix some green chutney, imli kee chutney or imli kee sauce, and little sugar (if you are using methi imli kee chutney then you don't need any sugar) to make dressing. Make sure your chutney's are not too spicy or goras will have hard time eating it. Keep extra spices on the side. And don't put too much or too less dressing. Make sure you taste the dressing before pouring and adjusting it as needed.
By the way pantry salad doesn't have fresh vegies but I love them with the beans and they taste delicious so I am sugesting them in the salad.
