You didn’t expect me to side with terrorists because I don’t … I don’t side with any form of terrorism … Within this very thread the hatred generated is as much as any terrorist … We should be more careful of our own acts on our souls … And hence my explanation is seen as justification when it is not … It is a prediction that any injustice from one side leads to injustice from the other …
Anyhow … Islam tells us to be humane even with our enemies … So having people killed is fine according to Shari’ah … Torturing them or desecrating their bodies only harms our own souls … This is the change I would like to see in us …
There is really no excuse for killing children and no justification … And it is absurd that people are viewing a rational thought over this issue as somehow ‘siding with terrorists’ … That does not help.
