Instead of arresting and tieing the person and question in the open trial?

Wah! What do you have to be proud of? Uneducated behaviour of the city?

Lathi charge on a suspected high profile terrorist?
Potentially Killing the man or beating him to the point of possible memory loss?

I guess that happens in heat of the moment but yeah one shouldn’t’ be ‘dealt with’ in that style for too long
