if you mean that army funded them previously then it was not only Pak-Army it was only, it was liberal god-father who equipped them to fight USSR… Pak-Army was not capable of arming such a large group on it own… so blame goes to GOD-FATHER as well and i understand that it is taboo to discuss it…
