Thats pretty simple. They were armed and funded by army itself. Its just that their love affair to some extent has ended, thanks largely to uncle’s danda and dollars…and now they have taken on the people who trained and armed them…but they are not sparing anyone … who they think is obstacle to their holly mission of cleaning the country of infidels.
