Terror attack in Mumbai, Hotel Oberoi under siege

wb

the guy in the pictures was a sikh (indian)
and the fact that the killed anti terror officers had just busted an extremist hindu gang (who had been carrying out bombings for muslims and pakistan to take the blame) rules out isi. more like a continuation of the army/bjp connected terror gang.

none of the guys pictured were pakistani- we’re better looking then that.

the plot to trap pakistan in all this is pathetic

Nope!! try again....

clue its between 250 and 2500000000000000000000 :D

And I am sure you must have heard that on CNN, SKY News, BBC news oh yes…and pakistani media too.

For your info none was been blamed on India, I think they should have because India likes to play blame game and your BUSH came so quickly to support india too with his wife. I did not see that gesture when Mariot hotel suffered the same attrocity.

And I am sure you don’t read about what US is doing everyday in Pakistan with their drones, killing innocent civilians in Pakistan. This is the latest from US. Do you support this kind of terrorism? And would you raise your voice against US.

3 killed in suspected U.S. drone missile attack in Pakistan’s tribal area

ISLAMABAD, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- At least three persons were killed and three others injured in a missile attack conducted by suspected United States drone in Pakistan's tribal region on Saturday, private TV channel Geo reported.

A suspected U.S. drone fired a missile at a house in North Waziristan tribal region, leaving three persons killed and three others injured, said the report.

Local tribal people gathered at the site of the attack and started rescue work after the incident.

Pakistan's tribal areas bordering Afghanistan have seen a rising frequency of missile attacks launched by U.S. drones. Pakistani government has repeatedly protested against the attacks and called for a halt to them.

I am not talking just about 'blame' but actually 'responsible' blame.

And to the contrary: Most of the blames we see are thrown on the current hotly (and thus easily) blamable party i.e. Taliban/AlQaida which is easily digestible to world media/audience regardless of the fact, same thing is happening here i.e. blame Pakistan which would be the most easily digestible/acceptable blame-to-be party.

Ditto ! Ohioguy I admire your patience with these who are suffering from denial.

It isn't nice calling people names i know this is an emotive matter but respect for each other is vital ad is correct etiquette. Just because someone does not agree to your perspective doe not call for name callings.
Secondly everyone wants to know what has happened if there is undeniable proof of pakistani people being involved i will believe it but i need evidence

I heard Indians have started accepting terrorism within, is it true? But from the Indian guppies it looks something else....

Frankly I think the drone attacks are remarkably effective. Don’t you wonder how the drones are finding all those juicy targets? My guess is that the Pak army is helping out, because the missles and drones can reach where the rangers cannot.

But, the US military neither confirms nor denies these attacks, so I ask you, “Where is the Proof?!” I personally think it is the Russians blasting your buddies in the Territories in a false flag operation to discredit the US!

it has an anti muslim agenda so its ok with them. they like it

There are definitely groups within India who are falling prey to Jihadist Islam. There are hindu groups who have the potential to indulge in terrorist acts too although its insignificant compared to the # of muslim groups. But This attack definitely has links bsck to Pakistan (not the paki govt, but jihadi groups based in pak)

Patience?

Gupshup can be quite exasperating. I required six months of Rehab the last time I posted here!

I think two things really happen in an incident like this. First, I think there is a cultural difference between Pakistanis and the West. Someone who creates elaborate dark forces and mysteries to explain events is thought to be quite clever in South Asia. This is in part because of a rich history of corrupt politicians and unreliable media. And ultimately the intrigue is fun. In the west, the facts are generally more reliable, and we are able to parse out the fake wrestling and the National Enquirer, while believing most legitimate media reports, and our government.

Secondly there is an almost infantile response of "It wasn't us!", like kids who are caught red handed but don't give an inch to their parents. Attacks like this are still an embarassment to the vast majority of Muslims who in their heart of hearts are hoping and praying that this is not the result of more brainwashed jihad wanna-bees kids.

In this case with so many nationalities involved the facts will emerge quickly, and the results will probably be undeniable. There are hints that the US tipped off India, so I would guess that we had some electronic intercepts that will be of some help to the Indians.

Re: Terror attack in Mumbai, Hotel Oberoi under siege

after giving us a highly likely and a maybe, where is the shred of evidence?

are these highly likely's and maybe's just fantasy? are you the pub expert on these matters?

so until someone can give me credible evidence to the contrary the following question/statement still stands

[quote]
is there any idiots who still believe pakistan was behined this attack?

Re: Terror attack in Mumbai, Hotel Oberoi under siege

This conspiracy theory about the wristband, Sikk etc is creative but nobody can take it seriously. you guys really believe that somebody sent an email to the person being interviewed (in above video) that the terrorist is a Sikk and that their names are Amar and Heera? And that is all you need to weave this conspiracy theory? Come on guys!

While Pakistan govt I don't think will dare try this sort of thing, radical groups within Pakistan are behind this attack - as proven by the phone calls, the material found in the boats as well as the sheer overwhelming motivation.

Actually, as one reporter from Australia wrote, this time it is neither the Pakistan government nor even religious fervor but sheer envy that is behind this attack. It is ironic though that poverty laden India should be an object of envy because of the prosperous side!

Proof … you guys are not even interested in that … if you want proof check with YOUR investigating agency about who attacked marriot … you want proof … when Benazir had named the guys who should be held responsible if she dies … who where they … did she name an Indian …

The people you are talking about as hindu terrorists are inside " Indian" prisons held by " Indian" investigating agencies … So dont talk proof … there is enough around to talk about terror groups flourishing in Pakistan for last so many years …

Not that I believe an Indian behind her death but her not naming someone doesn't mean anything, it doesn't mean everyone else gets a free-out-of-jail card.

May be you should ask Indian govt to provide this guy to an international tribunal and let him point to his family members in Pakistan and use DNA tech as suggested above, that should be enough, don't you think? Would India agree to that?

yep, starting with GS there are quite a few....

The voices are being raised inside the muslim community now … sorry not taking from the biased Indian media … this is from arab media … thought the guy who wrote this is an Indian … Khaleej Times Online - No Time to Hide for Muslims=

No Time to Hide for Muslims

The great religion that preaches and celebrates universal brotherhood, equality of men and peace and justice for all has been hijacked by a demented, miniscule minority. And, as my friend says, only Muslims can solve this problem. Only Muslims can confront these anarchists in their midst.

Only they can get their faith freed from the clutches of extremism. This is no time to hide. It’s time to stand up and speak out. For the terrorists will continue to speak on our behalf, until we do not speak up. This is no time for silence. Enough is enough

^^ Charity starts at home. Lets start by putting a finger on all the problems in the Indian society, like lets start with the muslim segment that excluding Abul Kamal, that WIPRO guy, some bollywood actors is OUT of the MAINSTREAM in terms of jobs, education, and everyday activities. Who is reponsible for that? Pakistan? But oh, the Dalits are meted out fairly the same treatment so who cares.

Of course you happily ignored the Mariott point ..... so you agree there are elements within Pakistan who were responsible for killing of Benazir ...... these guys dont need Indian support to do that .... they have enough hate for US , west or anyone they feel is not "islamic" enough to kill them ... even if thay are their own, These very people are being accused by India for commiting this crime ....... the so called " hindu" terrorsists you are talking about were involved in attacks where only muslim were present .... be it malegaon or samjhota. Unfortunately that was their agenda

Don't know what your point is, but personally I believe India is supporting extremist elements in Afghanistan who are anti-Pakistan... is that what you were asking?

That was not the point, anyway, carry on.

I'm talking about Hindu terrorists, where? I am only talking about terrorism within India be it radical Islamists, extremist Hindus or separatist movements.
