the movie was alright till the end when u get to see the most unexpected sad ending!

The simplicity of the girl makes her quite attractive!

Saw the movie monday night.
Good movie.. rather depressing but w/ unexpected happenings.
Sallu mian stole the show... the girl was horrible.. her fingers dirty, greased up hair and she had these nasty danay on the corners of her lips!!!

you wont like the movie until you watch the whole thing...

The movie is based on a true story...but its not Salman's true story.

man the movie was done amazingly
In the end they showed how selfish a man gets with love forgetting about the ones who loved him
but overall a very good movie
man these south asians do come up with a good movie and then Bollywood copies it
but still a good remake

Yeah I agree...I just got home from the theatre after watching this movie and it was amazing. It really touches your heart :( and Salman did an amazing Job, and I think no one could have done a better job in this role than him. The newcommer Bhumika was good too...but everyone looked nothing compared to Salman. The guy just dominated the whole movie. Thank god its your typical love story, but something different. Overall, a Must See!!

OKAY…so i was crying so hard when the movie ended…why the hell did it have to be so sad

but then later when i thought about the movie…it wasn’t good at all…really there was no story in it…the ending and the scene when they beat the hell outta salman were the two good scenes in the movie…
anyhow, i’d say more but it’d just ruin the movie for those who havent seen it…:-\

Yeah, you did ruin it for everyone. But what I liked about the movie was its simple story. There was no rich vs poor angle or parents objecting to a marriage. The story was soo real, which could happen to any person, and thats what touches your heart.
