I am sure there are not many peoples does that, same like polygamy although it is allowed but mostly people are happy with one wife, on other side due to social stigma with mutta (which is much bigger then polygamy), i am sure whoever is doing would never announce openly.
Few years ago, i read an article in (not sure if Washington post or NYT) discussing ladies plights in Iraq, many of them them getting involved in Mutta after losing husband and family support system.
Even university students unable to marry with their partners indulging in this to satisfy themselves with religious cover (may be behind back of their parents).
