it is so utter rubbish by doctors to say 8-10 glasses, one shouldnt drink more den what his/her body needs. Drink when u r thirsty and lil when u rnt. Researches tell that excessive water intake causes a burden on kidneys since dey have to work more den usual to filter the wastes and excessive functioning of something really leads to some worrisome health issues and dat's just so trueeeeeeeeeeee,even common sense tells dat
