What do you suggest. Ask Israelis themselves to train the palestenian policeman. I am reminded of the tactis used by the LTTE in their war against the Sri Lankan govt. Whenever the LTTE felt weak they offered a cease-fire and then recouped themselves. Terrorists only understand force.
