so the number of teenage abortions from 1042 in 2006 went upto 1171 in 2007, thats not so 'shocking'?... That just means the UK govt needs to do a better job with its contraception strategies. Now obviously they cant DICTATE what the people do or force little girls to wear chastity belts, so theres nothing else they can do apart from improving the former.
