Re: Team for ODIs against INDIA
*I seriously think we are missing a Razzaq-like hitter in the latter overs of ODI's. Afridi is a brainless shmuck at times, and cannot be relied upon to add 70,80 runs in the last ten overs. Akmal should be kept for the lower order so that he can add runs at the end if (and when) Afridi fails.
P.S: This post does not, in any shape or form whatsoever, hints at a test match return for Razzaq. Ever.*
I agree - we miss Razzaq in ODI's & 20/20 as well for that matter. But since his retirement, PCB probably has not even thought about him twice. He shot himself in the foot by retiring prematurely in a state of emotion. But at the same time, from the early glimpse, if Sohail Tanvir is trained well, he might be able to take over that spot from Razzaq. He should some great hitting skills and in domestic matches he does have a couple centuries to his name so the guy can bat. **I was going to use the word definitely but after hearing Mushy butcher that word, I want to take that word out of my vocaulary. **
