like i mentioned above…she is a 9 yr old convert and her mom is still learning herself…which makes it a bit tricky for me.

i agree…one should nvr push a child around at least not until it becomes fardz upon them.

which brings me to another question…how can one make salah fun for a child? whenever i see parents telling their kids to go pray… you always see them sighing and making faces.

Instead of only telling a child to pray, parents should do some preparation for children like taking them to the wash room for wudhu and set mat prayer for them and pray with them.

May Allah reward you and make it easy for you and your 9 year old student.
