I drink english tea, made with PG tipz or Typhoo tea bags with a lil bit of milk (i like it strong) n i dnt like sugar in my tea 
. In the winter i can hav as much as 3 cupz of tea a day, combination of english tea n green tea, altho in the summer i limit my tea intake to only one cup of green tea a day, no english tea. In the summer i tend to drink more water for obvious reasonz and sumtimes i go without my one cup of tea a day for many dayz, but in the winter i need to hav atleast 2 cupz
