their process is stupid.
He didn’t answer me question during interview, when I asked him about on call rotaion.
Now I know every one is on cal all the time.
They think they are creative, but instead they are very orthodox.

The previous place I worked at let us work from where ever we wanted, office home coffee shop.
I loved it. In the morning I used to turn on my lap top while I was in my bed. Paid real good too. Funny thing I was more productive there.
But my contract was over:(
I am talking to ppl hope fully I will get that kind of work again.

I know I could help them a lot, but the day they ask me to go to office at 4 am, I am going to quit.
They don't have their act together, why should I suffer.
