I love elegant party sandwiches…really I do.
She can do open faced sandwiches for a tea party…Martha has a bazillion recipes for them!
She can do chicken salad, tuna salad, veggie salad, roast beef mini’s, turkey minis, pinwheels, etc. Anything can be made into a sandwich that she desires pretty much. Mini pizza bites are so good as well…we just use naan for that.
For my salad sandwiches I use mayo, red onion, bell peppers, celery, salt, black pepper and some red chili powder.
I can use chicken, tuna or even more veggies if I want with this.
