make the power ,
maida/fine flour/self rising flour add salt ,black pepper an bit red chilli
sprinke this powder on chicken wings(dont dipp,otherwise taste will b like kacha aata:eek:)
put them in hot oil ,cover them for for 5 to 10
obsorb the oil with tissue and put them in open grill just for 5 mnt
kids really like them with pizza,chips and corn
o yay what about freezing corn/5 small pieces in one packet
just boil for five mnt them a small touch of oil and salt
now fix them on SEEKH and keep on fire really:yummy:
You can add smoothie in the menu. Cake can also be substituted with cup cakes but considering its a birthday party so cake sounds more appropriate. You can add samosas or sandwiches too!

here r my 2 quick recipes,
************************MASH POTAT POWDER
-boil the eggs,cut into 2 parts,totally up to u.
-make medium thin paste with lil hot water
mash potato powder+salt+black pepper+pinch of turmeric+lil oil
-cover the egg with the paste
-dip in egg then bread crumz
-fry it in oil
-boil chicken (can add salt)and make small pieces
-boil potatoes and add
salt+black pepper+red chilli+fresh chopped coriander,
-mix it
take the potato stuff make like very thin shami kabab
layered with chicken pieces then sprinkle grated chees and
one more very thin shape potatoes,close it
-make a hole in the mid with your finger
dip in egg then bread crumz and fry it in oil

Yeah cuz it isn't a full meal, in theory. And hard to do in a big party. I'll do a little one too, when she's old enough to enjoy it as well.
