it depends on the kind of tattoo your are getting
if you are getting tattoo the bubble gum one 
or henna one then they are not (make sure its not showing X-rated or haram images )
but if they are made using electrical machine then actually you are harming your body because the design is soldered :nono: (that is why ppl say wow! who get tattoo, cuz its really painful)
