Sorry to bump an old thread but there are a few tattoo shops in Pakistan now, the main one being Xtra Tattoos, I think they have a FB group. That being said, I have one on my inner wrist, probably wont get another unless it's a subtle one to match my significant other.

If they were ok islamically, id love to get a tatt. I'd get the word hope either on my inner wrist or upper arm. Maybe in english, maybe some other language.
