There was no flip-flop, ISI representative is being sent.
Captian there is a flip flop .... first DG ISI was supposed to go .... now some side kick is being sent .... clear flip flop ... if a PM of a country cannot take a decision ... he should have not agreed to it, just said that he needs to consult his people .....
