al qaeda has already created havocs & is still continues the destruction on the lands of its’ actual targets . The top of the list is Pakistan.
Loud talks & announcement of al qaeda to attack india for all those purposes mentioned in the original post are just a show so that people of the world continue to believe that al qaeda is not created by india to cause terror around the world only & that india has ‘threats’ from it too. We have seen these shows before. The last one being the bammbbaayy bombings planned, executed by india itself & running all over Pakistan through media & diplomatic & other efforts to admit that Pakistan was responsible. That’s is how good india is in mental exploitation & brainwashing of the world’s leaders & general public.
