I am not the supporter nor non-supporter of Alama qadri, just had listen to the reply about this question and I would say the above point is misquoted.
Both statements are only half presented , if you read the whole sentece then there is no need of any confusion.
Actullay , here Allam sahib is just saying some thing like that, Imam abu hanifa view is that the laws does not apply on non muslim and other scholars view is that its applies to all, then people just quoted half text and deleted the reference that he was not saying any thing from his own just quoting some others, which confuse the people.
So never try to spread any thing wrong about any person without knowing the truth, the above statements are just taken halfs which makes confusion , if you read it all no confusion. Hope you people understand
